Your care information exists solely to help you coordinate care for your loved ones.

- Care Plan Data: Information you enter about care recipients, medications, appointments, documents, and other care-related details.
- Communications: Messages and notes you share with other caregivers through the platform.
- Device Information: When you use our mobile apps, we collect device tokens for push notifications (only if you enable them).
We also collect limited technical information automatically:
- Usage Data: Basic information about how you interact with the service, such as which features you use.
- Log Data: Server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and access times for security and troubleshooting purposes.

While In The Loop helps you coordinate care for loved ones, we are not a healthcare provider and are not subject to HIPAA. The information you store in In The Loop is not a substitute for professional medical records.
